In-app deletion (recommended)

1. Open GutCheck
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion

Deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email gutcheck.app@outlook.com from the account email address and request deletion.

Verification and timing

To protect user accounts, we may need to verify your identity before completing deletion requests. We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and associated tracking records are removed from active systems used to provide the app, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

What may be retained

We may retain limited data where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or backup lifecycle constraints.
